Description
Description About the Role We're looking for a resourceful, driven Marketing Associate to support the healthcare practitioner channel, inclusive of Gaia Herbs PRO brand, focused on delivering high-quality marketing assets tailored to the healthcare practitioner (HCP) audiences. This is a role for someone who thrives in a high-output environment, can manage a wide breadth of work without losing focus on quality, and takes real pride in producing polished, credible, and compliant materials. You'll work across digital and print channels, partnering closely with our education and sales teams to bring the Gaia Herbs PRO brand to life in ways that resonate with practitioners and clinical audiences. We're an established company with a lot of ground to cover, which means this role offers real variety, visible impact, and the satisfaction of seeing your work in market quickly. If you're the kind of marketer who can move seamlessly between a clinical protocol, a practitioner-facing sales piece, a targeted email campaign, and patient-facing materials - and make each one feel thoughtful and precise- we want to talk. ________________________________________ What You'll Do Marketing Asset Creation: Work cross-functionally with our education, sales, and creative teams to develop and manage digital and print marketing materials prioritizing the Gaia Herbs PRO brand, ensuring consistency, scientific credibility, and alignment with practitioner expectations. Professional & Clinical Content: Partner with the education team to create and execute practitioner-facing materials, including clinical protocols, product guides, and educational resources that support HCP decision-making. Email Marketing: Build and execute targeted email campaigns for healthcare practitioners, with messaging that is evidence-informed, relevant, and aligned with clinical use cases. Sales Enablement: Develop sales collateral that equips practitioner sales teams with compelling, accurate, and compliant materials for use in clinical and professional settings. Patient Education Materials: Support the development of patient-facing materials intended for use within practitioner settings, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with provider recommendations. Packaging & Inserts: Concept and produce on-brand inserts and materials that support practitioner dispensing and reinforce product value in clinical environments. Tradeshow Support: Spearhead the design and execution of tradeshow booths, banners, and related marketing materials in partnership with external vendors and internal stakeholders. Willingness to travel to strategic tradeshows several times per year. Requirements What We're Looking For 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or content production, ideally in dietary supplements, healthcare, or another regulated industry. Experience developing content for healthcare practitioners or professional audiences (e.g., physicians, naturopaths, nutritionists, wellness practitioners). Strong ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, credible, and engaging marketing materials. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality or deadlines. Strong copywriting skills with an eye for design—you understand how to balance brand voice with clinical credibility. Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, sales, education, and external partners. Self-directed, organized, and able to prioritize effectively without constant direction. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership over the quality, accuracy, and compliance of your work. Digitally-proficient and technology-forward with strong MS Office skills.
