Apple’s International Marketing team is looking to recruit the best and most diverse early career talent to join our multi-disciplinary Marketing organizations in Indonesia for an 18-month assignment. Throughout the program Associates will be evaluated by leadership on their performance and at the conclusion of the program assessed on final presentation of project work for a full time role at Apple. DESCRIPTION Below is what each of these functions do: The Product Marketing team champions hardware and software products within their respective markets and seeks innovative ways to keep relevant products at the heart of the customer conversation. Each PM owns and drives their respective portfolio strategy via inbound and outbound marketing efforts. The Marcom team develops and manages world-class marketing communication efforts that support Apple’s rapid growth in the region. This includes all consumer-facing communications across localization, advertising, social, retail, partner, interactive and digital platforms, as well as support for video and motion graphics. The Corporate Communications and PR team drives strategic communications and public relations, engaging media and influencers to build excitement and awareness for Apple's offerings (hardware, software and services). They also communicate the company's corporate narrative and values, proactively cultivating and expanding relationships across diverse platforms. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree and above; Maximum up to 5 years work experience in any of the following fields - Product Marketing/Corporate Communications/Public Relations/Marketing Communications/Influencer Management This role will focus primarily on the Indonesia market, so excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia verbal and written communications skills are required. Ability to travel: This role will involve >70% travel across SEA countries as part of the program Passion and curiosity about technology, matched with a genuine interest in Apple hardware, software and services. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Candidates should possess proficiency in one or more of the following areas: Ability to synthesize multiple sources of data to form insight into consumer behaviour, industry trends and the technical fluency to translate features into relevant consumer benefits. Detail oriented, structured multi-tasker and resilient problem solver who gets things done, is flexible and willing to learn, with strong influencing and collaboration skills to work as part of cross-functional teams. Fundamental understanding of marketing communications process & approach - from being able to identify consumer insights, messaging hierarchy, communications & media principles as well as baseline measurement. Ability to articulate and showcase basic communications plans through the lens of the consumer engagement, experience and purchase journey. Social first mindset, with understanding of influence and audience of KOL’s, content creators and influencers.
Responsibilities
