MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Location: Soho, London
Salary: £26,000-£32,000 + benefits (based on experience)
Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a hands-on, creative Marketing Associate to take the lead on all things marketing – from social media and branding to events and property promotions. You’ll be key in growing our visibility and shaping how we present ourselves to the world.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Social Media & Content

• Manage LinkedIn and Instagram accounts
• Plan and post engaging content (min. 3 posts per week)
• Capture and share content around our properties, team, and London life
• Work with photographers/videographers for high-quality visuals
• Monitor performance and manage paid ads

Website & Digital Presence

• Keep the website updated with properties, news and team info
• Refresh visuals and rotate features every 2 months
• Write/edit property descriptions and marketing copy

Marketing Materials

• Create brochures, email campaigns and branded assets
• Ensure consistency across all marketing materials
• Use tools like Canva or Adobe, and Mailchimp

Events & Partnerships

• Plan launch events, team socials and industry meetups
• Handle logistics: venues, catering, invites
• Develop partnerships with local brands and businesses

Market Research & Admin

• Stay up to date with property and marketing online trends
• Maintain marketing databases and mailing lists
• Support general office tasks as needed
