Job Description Fredley Group of Companies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing customer loyalty programs and executing pop-up booth events. This role will support the planning and implementation of marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand engagement, customer retention, and sales conversion. Qualifications Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and monitor customer loyalty and rewards programs to increase repeat purchases and customer lifetime value. Analyze customer data and feedback to continuously optimize loyalty initiatives. Coordinate and manage pop-up booth events, from conceptualization to execution, including site coordination, logistics, and post-event analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all marketing activities. Assist in creating marketing materials and digital content tailored for customer engagement. Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events. Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and event coordinators to ensure smooth event operations. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to keep campaigns fresh and relevant. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in marketing roles with a strong emphasis on customer loyalty program management. Proven experience in organizing and managing pop-up booths or experiential marketing events. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinker with a passion for customer engagement. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM tools and event management platforms is a plus. Willingness to travel occasionally for event coordination.
