As a Marketing Associate at Upway, you’ll play a critical role in executing our marketing strategy, optimizing demand generation, and building a locally loved brand. With a 7-digit marketing budget to manage, you’ll lead campaigns across multiple channels—from social media and influencer partnerships to calendar-driven promotions and special brand activations.

Responsibilities
  • Demand Generation:
  • Own and drive the marketing strategy for DACH, ensuring alignment with local objectives.
  • Manage a 7-digit marketing budget, optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
  • Campaign Management
  • Plan, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring they drive traffic and maximize conversion.
  • Manage calendar-based campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, holidays, back-to-school) to capitalize on seasonal opportunities.
  • Partnerships & Affiliates
  • Scope, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships to expand reach and drive customer acquisition.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance, optimizing for ROI and scaling successful collaborations.
