In this role, you’ll help bring the Vocera clinical communication platform to more customers—supporting care teams with technology that connects people, information, and workflows when it matters most. What You Will Do Deliver responsive support to the sales team and customers by resolving product-related questions via phone, email, and in‑person interactions. Develop and coordinate marketing assets—such as brochures, digital content, training materials, and product videos—to drive adoption of the Vocera platform. Gather and communicate Voice of the Customer insights, partner with cross-functional teams, and contribute to new product development and product enhancements. Collaborate with Operations, Medical, and Customer Service teams to monitor production capacity, manage product allocation during supply constraints, and communicate quality or service processes to sales representatives. Support product trials, presentations, and installations as directed by the Brand Manager, and lead projects aligned with quality system requirements and continuous improvement initiatives. What You Will Need Required Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent education. Minimum 0 years of professional experience (open to graduates). Preferred Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, product support, customer marketing, or a related field. Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or technology sectors. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
