Wild Coffee Marketing is a Marketing Consulting Firm that works closely with our clients to develop effective marketing strategies all the way through implementation. With a strong emphasis on digital marketing, we develop high-impact strategies, design and develop large-scale dynamic websites and offer our clients a complete suite of marketing outsourcing services. POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Marketing Associate is responsible for the day-to-day execution of the marketing goals and objectives of the firm’s clients. As a direct report to the Senior Marketing Consultant, this generalist position will be key in maintaining workflow of all projects on task and on-time while collaborating with WCM’s internal shared resources teams to ensure accountability, efficiency, alignment and planning. The Marketing Associate should be highly organized, a nimble problem-solver, quick-learner, tech-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced highly productive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies that align with client business objectives and goals.
- Tactical campaign strategy planning, analysis, creative input and review
- Manage on-going client requests; create and maintain production timelines and deliverables.
- Write thorough, well-organized and easily digestible project briefs and meeting recaps.
- Implement email marketing campaigns (journey mapping, cadence, database management, platform proficiency)
- Use Google Analytics to analyze website visitor behavior (Google suite certification a plus!) and track website-related KPI’s
- Create detailed reporting as needed for client campaigns ensuring key KPIs and metrics are highlighted (experience using agency analytics a plus!)
- Provide support for client presentation materials, including PPT and Google Slides including quarterly and annual client reviews.
- Provide excellent quality assurance and editing to all creative & content outputs
- Attend client meetings and participate in presenting client campaign strategies, results and other updates
- Manage third party vendors as neede
