Description WithersRavenel is seeking an innovative and creative Marketing Associate to join our experienced marketing team and help advance our brand throughout the Southeast. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys visual storytelling, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is excited to bring fresh ideas to life. From capturing photography and video to supporting conferences, pursuits, and brand initiatives, this role plays an important part in shaping how our brand is seen and experienced—both internally and externally. This is a hybrid role based out of our Cary, North Carolina office. Key Responsibilities Support a variety of marketing initiatives that bring the WithersRavenel brand to life. This includes creating visual content through photography and videography, assisting with proposals and marketing materials, coordinating conferences and events, maintaining digital marketing assets, and supporting brand consistency across platforms. This role also represents the firm at events and collaborates closely with technical and marketing teams to help tell the story of our people and projects. This role requires periodic travel to offices, project sites, and industry events to support photography, videography, and conference participation. Why WR? Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 3+ years of marketing experience; experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industry is preferred but not required Experience with professional graphic design and general photography and videography Familiarity with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Smartsheet, and/or AI-driven tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and support project schedules Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment A proactive, creative, and solutions-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Demonstrated ability to take ownership of work, stay organized, and deliver high-quality results The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this job.
