Description

We are looking for a Marketing Automation & AI Assistant to support our Paid Marketing team through the execution of marketing specific tasks across various platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who is looking to take his/her career to the next level by successfully managing marketing actions related to preparation of marketing campaigns. What will your roles and responsibilities be? Creating automated workflows to create and optimize landings and assets (videos, images, texts) using generative AI Implement web personalization systems and A/B testing. Collect and analyze data from various sources to improve campaigns. Design segmentation and content personalization models. Creating scripts to automate marketing campaign actions. Analyze emerging AI trends in digital marketing. Support Paid media campaigns, optimizing segmentation and strategy through AI. What do you need for this position? Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Additional training in Applied AI, Data Science, or Digital Marketing is highly valued. Previous experience (2–3 years) in digital marketing projects using AI or automation tools. Knowledge in: Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Jasper, etc.). Use of automation platforms (N8N, Make, etc) SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and Ads platforms. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. High Excel knowledge. High level of English and Spanish, both spoken and written. WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN US?
