The role We currently have an opportunity to join our Customer and Experience and Marketing team as a Marketing Automation Analyst in a 9-month fixed-term contract position. This opportunity is open to work from our Melbourne office in conjunction with our hybrid work from home options. The Marketing Automation Analyst plays a critical role in designing, executing, and optimising automated marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement. This role bridges marketing strategy and technical execution by leveraging data, segmentation, and platform capabilities to deliver personalised experiences across our digital channels. The analyst ensures campaign accuracy, monitors performance, and provides actionable insights to improve effectiveness. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Marketing Automation Analyst supports scalable marketing operations and contributes to continuous improvement in customer lifecycle management. Accountabilities: Design and optimize automated journeys across email, SMS, and digital channels to support customer lifecycle engagement, retention, and conversion goals. Manage and maintain marketing automation platforms, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and seamless integration with CRM and analytics tools. Collaborate with marketing, data, and digital teams to translate campaign objectives into actionable automation strategies using segmentation, triggers, and personalization. Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and internal governance standards, including consent management, data handling, and audit readiness. Monitor campaign performance and drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, reporting, and actionable insights that inform future campaign design. About you Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline desirable (Mathematics, Science, Statistics) SQL coding experience is essential Minimum two years’ experience using Marketing Automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud AMPscript experience is preferred Experience with reporting and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI is preferred Bringing our best to life - why join us?
