As a Marketing Automation Developer at Boozt, you’ll step into a central role in our CRM team, collaborating with Marketing Automation Specialists to build and improve personalisation across channels using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
This is a 14-month maternity cover with real impact: you’ll help shape the customer experience for millions while developing your own skills in one of the most dynamic e-commerce CRM teams in the Nordics.
We’re a collaborative and forward-thinking team that connects the dots between technology, customer data, content, and channel orchestration to make every customer interaction count.

YOUR PROFILE

You’re either a marketer who can code or a developer who understands marketing. Either way, you’re excited about combining logic, data, and creativity to deliver seamless customer experiences. You’re structured, collaborative, and curious about learning from a senior, skilled team.

  • 2+ years of experience working with SFMC or similar platforms (Braze, Adobe Campaign, Dynamics, etc.)
  • Understanding of AMPscript, SQL, HTML (JavaScript/CSS is a plus)
  • Familiar with relational databases and data-driven segmentation
  • Comfortable debugging and testing automated journeys
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset with strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities
  • Build and optimise personalisation opportunities in SFMC using AMPScript, SQL, and HTML
  • Work with Marketing Automation Specialists to develop scalable, automated CRM flows
  • Maintain and improve data integrations between SFMC and our surrounding systems
  • Monitor automations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely delivery of communications
  • Support testing, QA, and documentation to ensure smooth campaign execution
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CRM development processes
