JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Automation Engineer to serve as the Email Tech Lead, responsible for architecting, developing, and implementing cutting-edge Martech solutions. This role will lead the integration of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools to drive business growth and elevate customer engagement.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms e.g. Adobe Experience Platform Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Proficiency in Java JavaScript SQL or Python
  • Expertise in APIs data integration and ETL processes
  • Solid understanding of data management analytics and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud
  • Strong problem solving and debugging skills
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
Responsibilities
  • Architect and implement marketing automation workflows using platforms like Adobe Experience Cloud Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot
  • Lead the integration of Martech tools with CRM and data platforms ensuring seamless data flow and campaign execution
  • Provide technical leadership to developers ensuring adherence to best practices in coding architecture and design
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams marketing sales IT to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams and integration guidelines
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
  • Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and ensure platform reliability and security
  • Stay current with Martech trends and evaluate new tools for potential adoption
