Job Description The Role The Marketing Automation Executive will support the day-to-day running, optimisation and performance of Fastmarkets’ marketing automation tools and marketing tech stack. Reporting into the Marketing Operations Manager, this role will focus on maintaining and building clean automation flows, supporting the commercial marketing team in campaign executing and ensuring clean and accurate reporting. Principal Accountabilities Marketing automation Building and executing automated campaigns in our marketing automation platform, ensuring best practices are followed Supporting the Marketing Operations Manager with the lead-scoring framework, CRM integration and GTM set-up Supporting the commercial marketing team with implementing experiments and tests across the system Supporting with onboarding and roll-out of any new additions to the tech stack Data Quality & Audience Management Working closely with the Email Marketing Executive to build targeted audience segments for outbound marketing campaigns Monitoring and maintaining the sync between Marketo, Salesforce, Cvent and other platforms to ensure data integrity Helping to identify high-value and strongly converting segments in the database and building these into campaigns Reporting & optimisation Maintain and optimise existing reporting, ensuring clean and accurate data Support the commercial marketing team with insights and analysis, helping to optimise marketing campaign performance, using Marketo, Salesforce and a multi-touch attribution tool Qualifications We recruit talented, dynamic people with diverse backgrounds and experiences, all united by a belief in our mission to provide the world’s leading and most trusted price reporting, events, and intelligence service for the markets we serve.
