We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Lead / GTM Engineer to join our Marketing and Sales team - the architect behind our outbound demand generation engine you will focus on building multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns to maximise acquisition – utilising your skills in automation, integrations, and data flows. In this role, you’ll design, manage, and optimise the campaigns, systems and workflows that allow our sales and marketing teams to focus on engaging high-quality, ICP-fit leads. You’ll be the go-to expert for orchestrating tools, workflows, and logic that drive lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, routing, multi-channel outreach, and direct mail - ensuring everything runs efficiently, predictably, and at scale. What Success Looks Like Sales and marketing teams operate on enriched, accurate lead data flowing seamlessly through automated campaigns. Campaigns across email, LinkedIn, phone, voicemail, messaging, and direct mail run efficiently, at scale, and with maximum impact. SDRs and marketers spend more time engaging prospects and less time managing tools or data or manually prospecting. Automation, integrations, and workflows are reliable, self-healing, and scalable. The outbound engine becomes faster, smarter, and measurable - with automation and data orchestration as its backbone. Key Responsibilities & Duties Campaign Automation & Multi-Channel Orchestration Build, manage, and optimise automated workflows across email, LinkedIn, phone, voicemail, messaging, and high-value direct mail campaigns. Reference best practices in campaign design, sequencing, AI tools, data scraping & enrichment. Constantly learning and researching new techniques and technologies. Integrate intent signals, multiple data sources, AI tools, and automation to maximise targeting precision, relevance, and lead quality. Automate segmentation, enrichment, scoring, routing, and follow-up to drive high-volume, high-impact campaign outcomes. Ensure tight alignment with Content teams so campaign sequences, messaging, offers, and collateral are fully integrated and highly relevant. Oversee list building, data enrichment, and quality control to maintain actionable, high-quality lead data. Systems, Tools & Integrations Own all automation, workflow, AI, and data enrichment tools and integrations (excluding HubSpot administration). Maintain scalable, modular, and fault-tolerant workflows that reliably feed leads into the marketing and sales engine. Connect, integrate, and optimise third-party platforms for scraping, enrichment, automation, and campaign execution. Build documentation and maintain transparency for systems, logic, and workflow processes. Reporting, Insights & Optimization Track and report on campaign performance, automation health, lead quality, and direct mail program effectiveness. Provide actionable insights to Marketing and Sales leadership to optimise workflows, targeting, and overall campaign ROI. Continuously refine processes, automation logic, and targeting strategies to improve efficiency and pipeline contribution. Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment Partner with Sales leadership to align automation logic, ABM targeting, and campaign sequences with revenue goals. Collaborate closely with Content, Campaigns, and the Director of Marketing Programs to ensure messaging, offers, and campaigns are fully integrated. Support internal communications and ad hoc marketing initiatives for other departments as required. Required Experience & Skills Proven experience in Marketing Automation, GTM Engineering, RevOps, or Sales Operations in a B2B environment (offshoring/outsourcing preferred). Deep knowledge of Hubspot CRM and integration / automation tools like N8N or Zapier. Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone, messaging, direct mail) using automation and workflow tools. Experience integrating AI, workflow tools, and multiple data sources for targeting, enrichment / scraping, and campaign relevance. Experience in low / no code development, automation design or workflow optimisation Highly detail-oriented with a commercial mindset; able to translate strategy into reliable, high-performing automated workflows. Ability to translate outbound sales strategy into efficient, automated workflows. Strong problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications & Other Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field. Full-time role based in Manila, working closely with Australian business hours.
