JOB SUMMARY:

The Manager of Marketing Automation for Prominence Health will serve as the key marketing expert and lead for all marketing automation efforts, including setting up marketing automation systems, data sets, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and workflows to ensure effective and streamline communications. The marketing automation activities include member communication via texting, email, paper mail, social media post, and website post, as well as, marketing communication to prospect members, ACO providers, and employees. This role will direct the development of marketing plans, strategies, and objectives that conform to regulatory requirements, timeline, corporate objectives and budget working with cross-functional departments and teams. The Marketing Automation Manager will work with the Corporate IT, Communications, and Advertising team to develop Automation strategies, IT and Data infrastructure and connectivity, and workflows that meet communication and technology requirements. The position will be critical in the implementation of AI across Marketing and Communications where appropriate and compliant.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree or professional education in Data Science/Management with experience in Marketing automation highly preferred.
  • Experience with Marketo or Marketing automation software with embedded data analytics and reporting.
  • Awareness and Understanding of implementing AI in marketing automation, messaging creation, and campaign deployment.
  • Ability to architect critical systems to link Member Data to Marketing Automation software including API.
  • Ability to adhere to Department of Insurance, CMS, URAC, and other regulatory requirements for marketing and communications.
  • Ability to drive digital transformation and user behavior with engaging technology and digital experience.
  • Desire and capability to participate in a team of highly qualified professionals.
  • Conceptual and strategic thinker as well as detail-oriented tactical executioner.
  • Interest in mentoring other staff members regarding digital automation and how to use AI systems.
  • Desire and capability to be up-to-date on marketing trends and technologies.
  • Highly self-motivated, requiring little supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
