JOB SUMMARY:
The Manager of Marketing Automation for Prominence Health will serve as the key marketing expert and lead for all marketing automation efforts, including setting up marketing automation systems, data sets, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and workflows to ensure effective and streamline communications. The marketing automation activities include member communication via texting, email, paper mail, social media post, and website post, as well as, marketing communication to prospect members, ACO providers, and employees. This role will direct the development of marketing plans, strategies, and objectives that conform to regulatory requirements, timeline, corporate objectives and budget working with cross-functional departments and teams. The Marketing Automation Manager will work with the Corporate IT, Communications, and Advertising team to develop Automation strategies, IT and Data infrastructure and connectivity, and workflows that meet communication and technology requirements. The position will be critical in the implementation of AI across Marketing and Communications where appropriate and compliant.
