Description

MARKETING AUTOMATION SPECIALIST – JOB DESCRIPTION

As our Marketing Automation Specialist, you’ll be the connector between our data, our platforms, and our campaigns. You’ll own the build and optimization of marketing workflows, sales sequences, and lead nurturing programs across ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and paid ad platforms. You’ll ensure our CRM is clean, our targeting is precise, and our top-of-funnel is consistently full of high-quality prospects.
This is a mid-level, individual contributor role for someone who thrives on turning strategy into execution — with plenty of room to experiment, improve, and make a measurable impact.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Proactive operator who takes initiative, executes fast, and communicates clearly.
  • Data-driven with a testing mindset; comfortable making decisions from dashboards, not hunches.
  • Process-minded and organized; keeps systems clean and documentation current.
  • Cross-functional collaborator who aligns marketing and sales without creating extra steps.
  • Detail-oriented about compliance (permissions, opt-outs, sender auth) and data integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and optimize marketing automation workflows across ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and paid ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Create automated email campaigns, landing pages, and nurture sequences that move leads through the funnel.
  • Develop and maintain sales sequences in HubSpot to automate outbound prospecting for the sales team.
  • Create and manage segmentation and lead scoring models to improve targeting and conversion.
  • Build audience lists for retargeting and lookalike campaigns on paid media channels.
  • Oversee CRM hygiene, ensuring accurate, consistent data between ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and ad platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance data to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Partner with sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.
  • Maintain documentation of workflows, processes, and integrations.
