Description
Our Marketing Automation department is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Junior Marketing Automation Specialist to join us at an exciting stage of expansion. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a new and evolving practice, help define best practices, and learn from experienced professionals in the field. We’re looking for a creative, tech-savvy team player with a strong interest in omnichannel workflows and marketing automation. In this role, you will work in a dynamic environment and take ownership of managing the marketing automation platform while helping us fully leverage its capabilities. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and project managers to support programmatic and operational initiatives across the full campaign lifecycle. What you’ll do: Manage leading marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Partner with management to define KPIs, build reports, and analyze campaign performance Develop recommendations to continuously improve campaign effectiveness Manage end-to-end campaigns, from ideation and configuration to segmentation, analysis, and optimization Create segments and audiences using SQL queries Handle client-facing responsibilities, including gathering business requirements, leading discovery sessions, and presenting demos Stay up to date on the latest marketing automation trends and best practices Work with both local and global teams Requirements Graduate of BA / BSC in Industrial Engineering / Salesforce Admin certification- Must Previous experience in email marketing and marketing automation (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo, Accoustic etc)- Advantage Experienced with Digital Marketing: social media/ SEO / PPC campaigns/ CRO / - Advantage Familiarity with SQL – Advantage Familiarity with AMPScript – Advantage Basic knowledge in HTML/CSS High level of English (written and spoken) Tech-savvy mindset Quick on your feet with a pragmatic approach to problem solving Self-motivated, creative thinker with a “can-do” attitude Location: Tel Aviv, Hybrid We at Deloitte believe that diversity and inclusion among our people is a critical component of our success and that is why we cultivate an organizational culture that contains and embraces diversity in all its forms.
