JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Division of Enrollment Management is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Automation Specialist to join the Enrollment Marketing and Communications team. In this role, you will collaborate with your team to increase engagement between prospective students and staff, manage email communication strategies, and maintain communication templates within our CRM system, all while staying aligned with our university brand standards and divisional priorities.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area and one year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to be resourceful and proactive.
  • Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce, Slate, HubSpot etc.
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads experience.
  • Familiarity with WCAG 2.1.
  • Knowledge of email compliance regulations.
  • Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation technology.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with others, adapting approaches to suit the needs of various audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
  • Stay current on trends, best practices, and new marketing and communication technologies, including marketing automation platforms and email marketing software.
  • Recommend using emerging communication technology to enhance marketing and communication efforts.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned, including participating in professional development opportunities.
    This position is located at the University of Florida’s main campus in Gainesville, FL and may be eligible for a flexible, hybrid work arrangement in accordance with the University of Florida and Division of Enrollment Management’s policies.
