Description

As Ultimo shifts its marketing priorities toward automation and scale, we are redefining a previously field-focused role into a more technical, data-driven position. We’re looking for a Marketing Automation & HubSpot Specialist to take full ownership of our marketing automation processes and help us generate leads “while we sleep.”
This is a mid-level, hands-on role focused on building campaigns, workflows, lead scoring models, and integrated journeys within HubSpot or similar platforms. You’ll enable smarter campaign execution, reduce agency dependency, and directly support pipeline acceleration across our global footprint.
You’ll join a collaborative team working across SEO, digital, content, and campaigns, with strong support from leadership to modernise our Martech stack and adopt more AI-driven tooling. This is a great opportunity to own and evolve automation strategy in a growing, high-impact SaaS environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • HubSpot Marketing Hub certification preferred; willingness to recertify annually is expected and additional modules are very welcome!
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub is strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on marketing automation and campaign operations.
  • Experience with comparable platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, etc.) will also be considered.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain automations, integrations, lead capture flows, and performance reports.
  • Skilled at working with marketing and sales teams to align lifecycle stages, scoring, and reporting.
  • Data-driven, with a strong grasp of campaign metrics, funnel logic, and optimisation strategy.
  • Familiarity with integrations in marketing platforms.
  • Location: UK preferred, EU will be considered (hybrid remote/office); flexibility offered for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
  • Own and manage HubSpot Marketing Hub, including the creation and optimisation of automated workflows, forms, landing pages, emails, lead scoring, and integrations.
  • Build and execute campaign journeys in collaboration with campaign, digital, and SEO stakeholders.
  • Leverage segmentation, personalisation, and A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Monitor and optimise funnel metrics especially lead velocity and MQL quality.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that support visibility and accountability across marketing and sales.
  • Support the integration of AI tooling into campaign automation and workflow optimisation.
  • Stay up to date on HubSpot updates and automation trends; provide recommendations for improvements and innovations.
  • Enable and train team members in basic HubSpot usage and campaign execution best practices.
