Kardex is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our global Central Marketing Communications (MarCom) team. This mid-level role supports regional marketing teams across multiple business units, enabling them to execute and optimize campaigns through a mature marketing automation setup.
You’ll work primarily with HubSpot (preferred) or other enterprise Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs) such as Marketo, Pardot, or Eloqua. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining complex workflows, managing segmentation, ensuring data quality, and supporting campaign execution in a B2B enterprise environment.
We are looking for a hands-on marketing automation professional with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the confidence to work with multiple stakeholders across regions in a remote-first environment.
