R17,500 + PERFORMANCE BONUS

Purpose: Drive qualified leads through paid campaigns, landing pages, and marketing automation.

  • Run Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads for LIONLEAD and its franchises.
  • Set up funnels and automation sequences (WhatsApp, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Monitor ROI, A/B test creatives, and optimize conversion rates.

  • Coordinate with CRM team (LYNX.AI) to ensure smooth lead handover.

3+ years of experience in paid digital marketing.

  • Deep understanding of South African property market preferred.
  • Strong grasp of conversion metrics and analytics dashboards.
