The Marketing Automation Specialist will focus on implementing and managing our marketing automation system, workflows and tasks to enhance our marketing efforts for existing propane customers, both residential and business. You will create, implement, and optimize email marketing strategies, including capturing and leveraging customer feedback, collaborating with stakeholders, including inside sales, and performing other duties as assigned. You will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience, maintaining loyalty, and ensuring that our customers continue to see the value of propane as an energy solution.

Responsibilities
  • Support marketing automation/nurture for prospects and existing customers. Develop, implement, and optimize automated marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive engagement, and grow the customer base.
  • Build and launch email campaigns, lead nurture campaigns and customer surveys. This includes developing compelling creative and content design, email template set-ups, drip campaign set-ups, A/B testing, scheduling, tracking, and measuring KPI’s.
  • Assist in automating customer journeys, manage customer segmentation and workflows within our marketing automation platform.
  • Develop and execute customer surveys to gauge satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and collect feedback on our services groups to inform marketing strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including inside sales and other cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) analyze and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance with actionable insights, customer feedback and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Measure and optimize marketing automation programs to enhance effectiveness and maximize ROI with a focus on driving engagement, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with email marketing regulations.
