Typically 2+ years KSAs Understanding of business-to-business (B2B) marketing, Client Relationship Management (CRM) software, marketing automation, and analytic software Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high quality deliverables with a high level of attention to detail Excellent analytical and quantitative skills Ability to analyze performance metrics and pipeline metrics and optimize for improved performance. Possess creativity, adaptability, transparency and accountability Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate cross functionally with employees at all levels of the organization Possesses humility, empathy, and high intellectual curiosity.
