Description

As the Uberall Marketing Automation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for executing, analyzing, and implementing marketing automation strategies that increase customer engagement and revenue, utilizing our marketing automation platform. You will serve as the global marketing team’s go-to expert for marketing automation trends and best practices. The ideal candidate will be passionate about both marketing automation and the customer journey, and possess a strong working knowledge of marketing automation tools, having been in an administrative or power user role. Having the ability to or direct experience in the development and execution of full-funnel campaigns across the customer lifecycle within the lens of marketing automation will enable you to thrive in this critical role on the global marketing team.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the global owner and administrator of Pardot, our marketing automation platform
  • Create and manage customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize the customer journey, from suspect / lead through to customer
  • Consult and execute email marketing campaigns, inclusive of regional prospecting campaigns, newsletters, and automated nurture workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including demand generation, customer and partner marketing, and marketing operations, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and needs to inform lifecycle automation strategy
  • Develop and maintain a testing and experimentation framework to continuously improve campaign performance and customer experience
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and ROICreate and consistently communicate results with the broader marketing team via report creation and distribution
