Validate and acknowledge campaign briefs, ensuring completeness of assets and sample data before SLA countdown begins. Collaborate with clients to clarify requirements and manage complex campaign briefings. Allocate resources and provide feedback on feasibility and completeness. Build and test campaigns across email, SMS, MMS, and other channels, validating personalisation and logic. Manage feedback rounds and ensure thorough QA using standard templates and checklists. Execute campaign go-live activities, perform sanity checks, and confirm activation with stakeholders. Maintain accurate campaign documentation and deployment records. Produce regular campaign reports and post-implementation reviews. Participate in performance reviews and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Provide technical support and manage escalation protocols. Engage in regular client and supplier check-ins to ensure issue resolution and campaign success. Process documentation and compliance protocols. 3-5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing using automation tools such as Pega, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or Marketo. BA degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Strong analytical and reporting skills with a systems-thinking approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. Skilled in customer relationship management, problem-solving, and deadline management. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail and process compliance.
