Responsibilities

The team Customer Analytics & Digital Experience at Clas Ohlson is responsible for the customer experience across our own digital channels, our loyalty program, and all customer strategy and analytics initiatives. Within the CRM area we manage everything from strategic planning and insights to production, execution, daily performance, and ongoing optimization. Our work spans omni-channel activations, ensuring profitable, personalized, and engaging communication to Clas Ohlson’s most loyal customers; soon to be 6 million Club Clas members.
As our new Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing both automated and campaign-driven communications across our digital channels. Working across the entire customer lifecycle - from activation and engagement to retention and reactivation - you will help bring lifecycle strategies to life by building effective, data-driven programs tailored to specific segments. Your focus will be on driving member activation, satisfaction, and sales through smart marketing automation that supports our overall customer objectives.

Your responsibilities:

  • Plan, build and execute activities in Voyado including audience segmentation, A/B-testing, reporting and set up smart automations, and hands-on creation of communication sent to our Club Clas members aiming for a seamless customer experience
  • Design and continuously improve our trigger-based programs (e.g., customer lifecycle and product triggers) with a data-driven mindset and a focus on relevance, timing and scalability – using customer insights and securing close collaboration with other stakeholders
  • Develop and refine automated workflows based on segmentation strategies, and implement new standardized workflows that support personalized and seamless customer experiences
  • Be the go-to expert for marketing automation performance and reporting taking responsibility for tracking and analyzing our KPIs, driving continuous improvement of the marketing automation channel, and staying updated on the latest trends in CRM and personalization
  • Participate in cross-functional forums across analytics, sales, and campaign planning to bring CRM initiatives to life - playing an active role in sharing results, presenting insights, and supporting a personalized, data-driven customer experience.
  • Work closely with team in joint processes such as campaign analysis, reporting, planning, and continuous optimization, ensuring integration of technical and strategic perspectives.
