Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Marketing Automation & System Integration Specialist is responsible for programming, customizing, and analyzing client email campaigns using Salesforce Account Engagement (aka Pardot). This position also assists in tracking metrics, preparing reports, and troubleshooting technical issues to optimize marketing processes and data.

WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE

  • Provide technical support for Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) to the B2B Marketing Team.
  • Program and manage client emails, including scheduling and reporting.
  • Use HTML and CSS to format and style emails.
  • Create, update, and report on forms, landing pages, and Salesforce Campaigns.
  • Edit Pardot system settings and fields as directed.
  • Generate and distribute weekly email click reports.
  • Compile and analyze data for Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Marketing Reports, including:
  • Email performance
  • Website RFIs and webchat interactions
  • Website traffic and Google Ads metrics
  • Influenced opportunities and awards
  • Heatmaps and recorded sessions
  • Identify trends in report data and assist in presenting findings quarterly.
  • Assist in learning and configuring marketing software tools to ensure accurate metrics tracking and optimal system functionality.
  • Develop process documentation and training guides/videos for marketing software.
  • Troubleshoot system integration issues and provide technical support to team members.
  • Assist with other tasks and projects assigned by management.

What You’ll Need to Succeed :

  • Post-secondary or technical education required
  • +2 years working with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) or similar platforms.
  • +1 year preparing reports and analyzing marketing data (e.g., campaign metrics, user engagement, email opens, website traffic, etc.).
  • Certification preferred in one of more of the following software platforms: Account Engagement (aka Pardot), Salesforce, Google, HubSpot, etc.
  • Experience with Account Engagement (Pardot).
  • Experience styling, editing, and configuring marketing emails.
  • Proven ability to write, edit, and troubleshoot HTML and CSS for both emails and landing pages.
  • Experience creating and editing webpages (Drupal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Familiarity with Google Marketing Tools (Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager).
  • Familiarity with project management principles and tools (i.e., Monday.com).
  • French and English are required.
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, solution-focused, and eager to learn.
