The company works with large volumes of operational and customer data across multiple platforms and is investing heavily in business intelligence to improve visibility, decision-making, and cross-functional alignment. They are looking for an experienced analytics professional who can bridge business and data teams—someone who understands how to translate business questions into actionable reporting, scalable dashboards, and meaningful insights that support company growth. Responsibilities Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to define KPIs, reporting needs, and business intelligence priorities across marketing, sales, operations, and finance Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting systems that provide clear visibility into company performance and operational trends Translate complex business requirements into scalable reporting solutions and self-service analytics tools Analyze large datasets from e-commerce, operational, and marketing platforms to uncover insights, trends, and business opportunities Work with data teams to improve data quality, consistency, governance, and reporting reliability across systems Support the development and optimization of centralized reporting environments and data models for analytics consumption Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that help stakeholders improve performance, efficiency, and decision-making Monitor reporting accuracy and proactively identify inconsistencies, gaps, or process improvement opportunities Help standardize reporting processes, KPI definitions, and dashboard best practices across the organization Collaborate with stakeholders at different levels of the business, including department heads and leadership teams 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Reporting, or Data Analytics roles Strong experience supporting business stakeholders with dashboards, reporting, and data-driven decision-making Experience working in e-commerce, retail, marketplace, or high-volume operational environments Strong SQL skills and experience working with cloud-based analytics or warehouse platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric Hands-on experience with BI and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Domo Strong understanding of KPI development, reporting frameworks, and business performance analysis Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience working with large datasets and building scalable reporting solutions Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Experience improving reporting processes, data quality, or analytics workflows is highly preferred Exposure to marketing, sales, commercial, or operational analytics is a strong plus Experience leading projects, mentoring analysts, or working cross-functionally is a plus Competitive USD salary Fully remote work environment Opportunity to work with a high-growth DTC brand Exposure to advanced marketing analytics and data systems Collaborative, fast-paced, and performance-driven team culture
