CUSTOMER & EVENT SUPPORT

• Assist in coordinating customer experiences, including factory visits.
• Support logistics for events, such as catering setup, cleanup, and on-site coordination.
• Help manage swag items, tradeshow giveaways, and shipping needs.
• Provide support for CEU presentations and agent marketing packages.
• Assist in preparing presentations, booklets, and other enhancement projects.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, social media, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Bilingualism (French and English, both written and spoken) is required to ensure regular collaboration with stakeholders outside Quebec.
