JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing & Brand Manager will lead Color Hospitality Group’s marketing strategy and execution across all brands. This role owns the promotional calendar, oversees content development, and manages contractors to ensure consistent brand expression, guest engagement, and measurable performance.

QUALIFICATIONS & BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brand marketing
  • Strong aesthetic sense and creative judgment with a proven portfolio of brand work
  • Working knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage annual and quarterly marketing strategies that align with company objectives
  • Lead weekly marketing meetings and campaign planning sessions with cross-functional teams
  • Own brand guidelines, positioning, and messaging across all divisions to ensure consistency
  • Coordinate with contractors, designers, photographers, and other vendors to ensure timely deliverables
