REPORTS TO: Senior Director of Sales and Marketing
This position offers a competitive base salary in the range of $80,000–$85,000 plus benefits. Travel expenses related to events, media visits, and partnership activations are covered.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Malahat Skywalk is one of Vancouver Island’s premier tourism destinations, celebrated for delivering exceptional guest experiences and showcasing the beauty of our region. As we prepare for an ambitious 2026, we are elevating our marketing to a new standard - and we are seeking a seasoned Marketing & Brand Manager to help make it happen.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales & Marketing, the Marketing & Brand Manager is responsible for executing integrated marketing plans that drive monthly visitation, elevate our market positioning, and strengthen community and industry partnerships.
While this role contributes to the development of marketing strategy, its primary focus is the execution and delivery of campaigns based on the strategic direction set by leadership. This includes managing day-to-day marketing operations, overseeing agency partners, leading communication planning and management, and ensuring every initiative aligns with our brand and performance goals.
The Marketing & Brand Manager also works closely with the Business Development Specialist to support B2B-focused campaigns, ensuring trade and group sales activity is integrated into broader marketing efforts.
