JOB SUMMARY:

The Brand Officer is responsible for driving and executing brand strategies to build and maintain the company’s brand image, voice, and positioning. This role ensures consistency in brand messaging across all touchpoints and contributes to the development of creative strategies that resonate with the target audience. The Brand Officer collaborates closely with marketing, communications, and product teams to ensure the brand vision is effectively communicated both internally and externally.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management or marketing (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, development, and positioning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and performance metrics.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in digital marketing and social media strategy.
  • Knowledge of design software or collaboration with creative teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and emerging trends.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and positioning.
  • Manage and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product development, etc.) to ensure brand alignment across all initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation of branded content and marketing materials, ensuring they align with brand identity and values.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for brand growth.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and perceptions, leveraging this information to refine brand strategies.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to execute social media campaigns, email marketing, and other online initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of brand campaigns and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage brand partnerships and sponsorships to increase visibility and recognition.
