Description

Conversion Interactive Agency is seeking a “task master” and B2B marketing coordinator who is ready to take on a fun and exciting new role as Marketing & Brand Specialist on our marketing team. This is a full-time, hybrid position (work from home Mondays and Fridays – in our Brentwood, TN office Tuesdays-Thursdays). Our days are fast-paced but rarely the same, and for this role we are looking for someone who loves to tell brand stories, execute marketing strategy for multiple brands and products, support trade show and event planning projects, and implement our marketing planning as part of the core marketing team.
Conversion Interactive Agency’s marketing team manages multiple industry-leading brands in the transportation industry, and our marketing strategy is the foundation for telling our brands’ stories. The Marketing & Brand Specialist, coordinates and executes on a variety of marketing strategies, writes social media content for our brands, supports our trade show and event marketing, assists the Conversion sales team to improve revenue growth, and executes marketing strategy on multiple channels used by the organization. This requires excellent writing skills, organizational expertise, project management, and a strategic B2B marketing mind. With the best creative team in the industry behind them (we are an advertising agency after all), the Marketing & Brand Specialist will have great resources available to execute marketing strategies for the leading recruitment marketing and technology company in the transportation industry.

Responsibilities
  • Execute and implement B2B marketing strategy and planning for all company brands and technology products.
  • Execute trade show and event planning for company events.
  • Write social media content for multiple channels and multiple brands.
  • Write and coordinate company blogs.
  • Support the sales team in various marketing initiatives to help drive new revenue.
  • Ongoing marketing reporting for all company brands.
  • Manage contacts, drip campaigns, and the lead funnel in HubSpot.
  • Project manage various marketing projects for the organization, including projects for multiple brands, industry events, our branded content hub, etc
