Responsibilities

WHAT’S THE ROLE?

You’ll be at the heart of our Marketing strategy and execution, helping shape and grow Mr Swirl’s online and digital presence. This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, website management, SEO, and social media.

WHAT YOU’LL DO – MARKETING FOCUS:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across Google, social media platforms, email, and other digital channels.
  • Regularly update and maintain our website, ensuring content is fresh, optimized, and aligned with our brand.
  • Stay on top of SEO best practices, keyword trends, and web analytics to enhance traffic and visibility.
  • Design and post engaging, high-quality content for Instagram, Facebook, Google, and more.
  • Analyze data and track campaign performance to refine strategies and improve reach and call volume.
  • Support planning of company events and promotions that align with our marketing goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO – OFFICE SUPPORT:

  • Deliver excellent communication and coordination with internal teams and clients.
  • Respond professionally to phone and online inquiries.
  • Organize and manage schedules, appointments, and marketing-related projects.
  • Support customer service resolutions with a focus on communication and brand experience.
