  • Skills:

  • Excellent writing and storytelling abilities
  • Creativity with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Proficiency in social media tools and analytics
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As Marketing & Branding Manager, you’ll be the guardian of the AspenClean brand — ensuring our look, feel, and message are consistent, engaging, and on point across every platform. You’ll manage our branding strategy, oversee all social media channels (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn), and create impactful campaigns that connect with our customers. You’ll also work on website updates, graphic design projects, and marketing materials that align with our brand vision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Brand Management: Maintain and evolve AspenClean’s brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Content Creation & Design: Develop high-quality, on-brand graphics, photos, and videos for campaigns, website, and social media.
  • Social Media Management: Plan, create, schedule, and monitor posts across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  • Campaign Development: Design and execute creative marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
  • Website Updates: Refresh and maintain website content, visuals, and layouts.
  • Copywriting: Write compelling, on-brand copy for campaigns, ads, and website pages.
  • Analytics: Track performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
