Description:
Position Summary
We’re looking for an agile, results-driven, detail-oriented marketer to support the direction and execution of our strategic efforts to set up the marketing strategy and increase our premium product sales.
Individual needs to have a strong experience in:

4. Agility and speedy reporting
Role and Responsibilities
Candidate needs to be analytically driven with a finger on the pulse of what’s happening in marketing, with an insatiable hunger for learning. The right candidate will possess the experience and key skills needed to succeed in product management, brand marketing and data analytics (to oversee subsidiaries performance/KPI).
Key deliverables of the role includes:
- Oversee and coordinate overall marketing & promotion and planning, reporting, and execution.
- Measure performance and report insights around performance marketing activities
- Develop a deep understanding of the business, priorities, to advice on suitable measurement strategies.
- Perform ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different marketing campaigns
- Develop metrics & KPI frameworks, dashboards and measurement scorecards for user behavior & conversion data across all paid/organic channel
- Collaborate with team members as well as business divisions to identify trends quickly and work with them on monitoring recommended actions
- Partner with planning, strategy and account services teams to provide business insights through online secondary research and analyzing consumer behavior data for developing case studies for awards & internal circulation.
- Become go-to-expert for any data requests & researches related to growth of digital & social media channels, best practices & examples.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competition.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using various metrics and tools.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign results and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in both marketing and analytics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing efforts based on data analysis.
- Continuously test and optimize marketing strategies to maximize ROI.
- Manage and execute ad hoc marketing initiatives as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of related experience (Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing Campaign Analysis and Product Management)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar
- Fluency in Korean and English is mandatory
- High proficiency and advanced experience in Excel-based (pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc) data analysis and reporting with Word and PowerPoint Excel
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
