  • Administrative Coordination - Provide day-to-day administrative support including expenses, purchasing, filing, phone coverage, and promotional inventory
  • Content & Profile Management - Help update attorney biographies, pitch materials, and website content; coordinate professional photography as needed
  • CRM & List Management - Maintain contact relationship management (CRM) data and curate mailing lists for campaigns, events, and client outreach
  • Experience Tracking - Input and update relevant information in the firm’s experience database
  • Submissions & Recognition - Assist with surveys, awards, and legal directory submissions to elevate the firm’s market visibility
  • Pitch & Proposal Support - Contribute to the development of client-facing materials, including formatting, proofreading, printing, and delivery logistics
  • Collateral Maintenance - Maintain accurate, up-to-date marketing collateral such as brochures, case summaries, accolades, and templates
  • Market Intelligence - Support research efforts to prepare client and industry reports and strategic insights that guide marketing priorities
  • Event Planning - Help plan and execute seminars, receptions, client events, sponsorships, and speaking engagements, including attendee tracking and follow-up
  • Cross-Functional Support - Collaborate with various MBD teams on firmwide initiatives and special projects

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a law firm or professional services setting preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills - polished verbal and written abilities for interacting with attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills - ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities with precision and attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset - able to take initiative, work independently, and exercise sound judgment in high-pressure situations
  • Technical proficiency - solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
  • CRM/database familiarity - experience with tools like InterAction, Salesforce, or similar platforms preferred
  • Research & design familiarity - exposure to tools like Adobe, Chrome River, Powtoon, and platforms such as Westlaw, Capital IQ, Rel Sci, and Pitchbook is a plus
