We are looking for a Marketing & Business Development Executive to drive growth across our in-house projects, including mobile apps and digital platforms. The role involves planning and executing online campaigns, managing marketing tools, and developing strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with our product and design teams to launch innovative campaigns that attract customers and boost revenue. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and users for our apps and platforms. Plan and manage online campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and affiliate marketing networks. Manage marketing and sales tools including CRM, loyalty programs, websites, and social media platforms. Build and maintain partnerships with influencers and strategic partners. Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and business development. Proven track record in managing performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Affiliate). Strong knowledge of CRM systems, analytics tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Heap), and e-commerce platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
