We are seeking a Marketing & Business Development Manager to work across our three divisions and join our incredible team.

SUMMARY

We are seeking a Marketing & Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Next Generation Ltd. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base.
The candidate will be expected to make introductions to new clients, setting up meetings for higher management to meet prospective clients aswell and maintain & build exsiting relationships.
Full working days and hours can be flexible for the right candidate. We would expect the candidate to be out and about meeting new clients and having " Facetime " with them, so the role will not be just office based.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in business development or sales management, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Must be confident on the phone and on camera, as we would like you to be the face of our company
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Canva experience would be great but we can help teach to use this.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and develop strategic plans accordingly.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
