Role Description

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Extensive knowledge of the Pharma Inductry
  • Relevant commercial experience and proven track record in coordinating initiatives across the product life cycle
  • Cross functional projects and change management experience.
  • Strong skills in following up and challenge partner sales performance across the alliance.
  • Strong attention for detail, organized and could spot trends and variances through data.
  • Persistent, able to work independently and won’t get discouraged easily.
  • Good negotiator and follow-up on execution
  • Strong skills in preparing and presenting marketing plans.
  • Diverse talent – ideally someone with an international profile that can work with multiple cultures and time zones.
  • Ideally with project management experience
Responsibilities
  • Formulate and coordinate marketing and commercial activities to promote products, working with commercial partners and their commercial and marketing teams.
  • Provide solid support to partners with marketing campaigns.
  • Initiate and regularly review market sales and volumes, market share targets, competitor behavior and tactics and setting and reviewing appropriate commercial targets and performance of each commercial partner.
  • Closely monitor, follow up and drive individual focus market promotion activities.
  • Dive execution of development opportunities at the respective markets and ensure market growth.
  • Ensure close collaboration with relevant Partner’s stakeholders.
  • Ensure support of commercial with basic medical information
  • Be the touchpoint for global marketing teams on key products and champion marketing and promotion campaigns with commercial partners
  • Leverage on existing marketing experience of LEO to support partners` efficiency
