Description
Company Description scalr are delighted to be working with the team at Eightcap to hire a key member of their growing global marketing function. Eightcap is one of Australia’s most recognised online trading platforms - regulated across six jurisdictions, operating in 143 countries, and growing fast. They’re not a bank. They don’t move like one either. This role owns the global B2B marketing strategy for Eightcap’s entire partners and affiliates channel - the engine that drives trading volumes through introducing brokers, affiliates, and strategic partners worldwide. It’s a genuine leadership role with real scope. You’ll report directly to the CMO, sit at the heart of a 15-person marketing team, and have the freedom to build things that don’t yet exist. Marketing here is valued as a business driver, not a cost centre. Job Description What you’ll be doing: Lead the global B2B marketing strategy for the partners and affiliates vertical, focused on driving growth across affiliate, IB, and strategic partner channels. Build partner acquisition toolkits and sales enablement assets from the ground up. Run multi-market campaigns with localisation across diverse regulatory environments. Drive partner reactivation through CRM-led initiatives and fresh engagement strategies. Use data, martech, and AI to sharpen targeting and drive efficiency at scale. Work cross-functionally across product, sales, compliance, and operations to get things done. Support managed brands with positioning, growth strategy, and acquisition channels. Qualifications What you’ll need: Significant experience in B2B marketing, ideally in financial services or fintech. Real, hands-on experience with affiliate, IB, or partner channel marketing. A curious, innovative mindset - you spot opportunities, test ideas, and create new initiatives rather than waiting to be told what to try. The ability to move at pace and deliver in an environment that doesn’t stand still. Comfort with ambiguity and a genuine bias for action. The ability to influence senior stakeholders without needing a title to do it. Experience in a regulated environment - you’ll thrive here if you’ve come from a leaner, faster business rather than a large corporate. Experience in a startup or scale-up environment - you know what it means to build something from scratch and move quickly without a safety net. The setup: This is an in-office role based in Melbourne CBD. We’re upfront about that because we think your time is valuable - and the access you’ll get to leadership, cross-functional teams, and real decision-making in your first months is worth it. For the right person, there’s a clear path to broader leadership over time. This is a builder’s role first - and a launching pad second. Additional Information A career worth having A rewarding role is about more than the daily to-do list. At Eightcap, you’ll be part of a genuinely global business where your work has visible impact. Monthly corporate massages Purchased leave Novated leasing Parental leave Annual flu vaccinations Early Friday wind-downs Multicultural, collaborative team culture Great CBD location with easy access to public transport We hire for mindset as much as experience. Eightcap is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. If you don’t tick every box but believe you have the right skills and approach to succeed in this role, we’d encourage you to apply.
