Reporting to the Senior Demand Generation Manager, the Marketing Campaign Assistant plays a critical role ensuring our campaigns are delivered on time, at high quality, and in alignment with our ambitious business growth targets. You’ll be the driving force behind smooth campaign operations, building, launching, tracking, and optimising multi-channel campaigns that help fuel our opportunity generation pipeline and enhance brand presence.

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or Communications
  • 0–2 years’ digital marketing, campaign support, or administrative experience, internships welcome
  • Commitment to learning, taking ownership, and being accountable
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn new digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication
  • Positive, proactive, and problem-solving attitude
  • Familiarity with video editing, graphic design, CRM management as HubSpot and Salesforce, and/or paid online advertising will be a plus
Responsibilities

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the build, QA, and scheduling of digital campaigns (email, organic social, webinars, events, paid ads, and lead nurture)
  • Set up campaign assets: landing pages, forms, lists, and tech stack integration
  • Update calendars, project management trackers, and content libraries.
  • Prepare and update performance dashboards, channel reports, and campaign trackers
  • Assist with lead distribution, data hygiene, and basic CRM and marketing automation processes on HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, and Chilipiper
  • Create, adapt, proofread, and fact-check campaign collaterals
  • Help organise and deliver webinars and in-person events, build organic LinkedIn content, and coordinate with external agencies
  • Proactively flag inconsistencies, missed deadlines, or opportunities for process improvement.
