Masaar Home Real Estate is a real estate company based in Dubai, specializing in buying, selling, and renting properties. We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Coordinator to help manage our online advertising and lead generation efforts.
Job Description:
We need someone to assist in creating and managing marketing campaigns for our real estate business. You will work closely with our in-house photographer/videographer/editor (who handles visuals) and focus on managing ad platforms, writing ad content, and generating leads.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in running online ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Write simple and clear ad content that attracts attention
- Coordinate with our photographer/videographer to create ads with engaging visuals
- Monitor and report on campaign performance to improve results
- Manage advertising budgets to ensure effective use of funds
- Research the market to find trends and understand target audiences
- Share updates on campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Support the sales team by providing quality leads from campaigns
Requirements:
- Experience in running online ad campaigns, preferably in real estate
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other ad platforms
- Fluency in English is a must. Arabic or other languages are a plus
- Good writing skills for creating simple and effective ad copy
- Basic understanding of lead tracking and CRM systems
- Comfortable working with numbers and improving campaign performance
- Organized and able to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
