The Role: We are seeking a Campaign Manager for the Regional Marketing team who is eager to help us develop and execute persona campaigns for demand generation in the region. You will be responsible for creating, planning, regionalizing, executing, and managing integrated marketing campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue aligned to the Morningstar Direct Platform business. You are required to work cross-functionally across the Direct Platform business, central Marketing organization, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Product, and other teams. You will provide rationalization and guidance to Marketing on prioritizing and devising campaign plans while executing them with regular oversight and reports on progress. You’ll work closely with the global campaign manager to design and implement targeted campaigns aimed at specific personas within our existing database. You will be part of the regional marketing team that is based in Singapore (hybrid office attendance required) and will lead and execute regional efforts covering Southeast Asia, Greater China, and Japan.
