We are currently looking a Marketing Campaign Executive for the Cardiff bay office, to support the USA marketing team.
You will be expected to attend the office 50% of the working week, to align with our hybrid working policy.

JOB PROFILE

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Campaign Manager to oversee and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and optimizing email marketing strategies, managing marketing automation platforms, analyzing campaign performance, and improving lead management processes. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing engagement, lead conversion, and revenue growth.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in marketing campaign management, email marketing, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Understanding of lead management processes and CRM systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc…).
  • Ability to create and optimize customer journeys through automation workflows.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of email compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Familiarity with SEO, paid search, and paid social.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across email, digital, and other relevant channels.
  • Manage and optimize processes in marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc…).
  • Maintain and optimize lead scoring models to enhance sales and marketing alignment.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email content, and automation workflows.
  • Ensure email marketing best practices are followed, including deliverability, compliance, and engagement strategies.
  • Segmentation and personalization of marketing campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and report on key insights, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to refine the lead nurturing process and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally with content, design, and development teams to create compelling campaign assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
