In this role you will report to our Team Lead Marketing Consulting.
We offer in this role a hybrid work environment with some travels to Lugano.
Here are some of the exciting tasks awaiting you:
Overall key responsibilities:
- Leads the building, development and delivery of strategic omni-channel marketing plans
- Continually monitors current marketing trends, new technology solutions and competitive strategies – and then translates them into new marketing ideas for clients
- Shows a strong understanding of differences in marketing to customers in different verticals and environments
- Develops trusted, long-term relationships with key client contacts and executives
- Ensures meaningful client value is delivered through a mix of best-practice solutions, skills, capabilities and original thinking
Campaign-focused responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop creative, impactful campaign concepts aligned with business goals and audience needs. Collaborate on visuals and messaging.
- Preparation: Create presentations, gather feedback, and provide clear briefs for creatives. Ensure accuracy and consistency in multiple languages.
- Execution: Coordinate media planning, refine texts, manage translations, and ensure legal approval.
- Launch & Monitoring: Oversee launches, ensure readiness, monitor performance, and resolve issues promptly.
- Analysis & Optimization: Evaluate performance, prepare results, and identify improvements for future campaigns.
A mix of the following is the person we are looking for:
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of digital channels.
- Communicate excellently, both verbally and in writing.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate and work well in a team.
- Be fluent in English and German; Italian is a plus.
