This is a full-time position, with supported work modes being onsite/hybrid in our Cologne or Riga offices or fully-remote within Europe

YOUR SKILLS

  • Experience: You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. You are experienced in aggregating, controlling, and analyzing data for targeted marketing initiatives;
  • Adaptability and Innovative Mindset: You love to challenge the status quo, can quickly adapt to change, and can prioritize your work. You are comfortable with bold ideation, ambiguity and finding a path from a campaign brief and lead generation goals
  • Education: BA or equivalent degree, preferably in Business Management, Communications, Marketing or Advertising
  • Mindset: Customer obsessed, proactive by nature, and can move seamlessly between high-level strategy and the tiny details. You are a team player, helping to drive team success in a highly collaborative environment
  • Structured and Critical Thinking: You are able to think critically about creative concepts, and unpack and explain big ideas
  • Cooperation Skills: Experienced in partnering effectively with Product Management, Sales, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver on annual strategies and business goals
