Responsibilities

Hippo is seeking a talented Marketing Campaign Manager to join our growing business. The purpose of the Marketing Campaign Manager is to shape and execute effective campaigns targeting specific accounts and segments within the assigned sector, driving engagement and generating leads to support our growth ambitions.
The role can be based in a Hippo office or based remotely, but you must be willing to travel to events and/or meetings as required.

Your role in a nutshell:

  • Plan: work closely with the commercial team to understand target accounts and segments for your sector and create tailored end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels to build awareness, drive engagement and leads.
  • Deliver: execute a schedule of appropriate quarterly account marketing and lead generation activity.
  • Events: plan and execute events (e.g. lunch and learns, breakfast meetings, round tables and webinars) for target accounts and markets.
  • Sponsorship: identify, evaluate, plan, execute and drive engagement and leads from sponsorship opportunities/events.
  • Content: work with the wider team to strategise on and deliver effective content strategies within campaigns and journeys to advance leads through the funnel.
  • Creative: work with our digital and design partner to execute impactful end-to-end campaigns.
  • Insight: for each campaign, set targets, forecast results, report performance and conduct analysis to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Nurture: identify opportunities for follow up on all early indicators of interest (website activity, email campaign clicks, social engagement etc) to help develop towards MQLs.
  • Enquiries: monitor, qualify and nurture inbound enquiries (email, website, content downloads etc) to MQL stage and handover to commercial team.
