Job Description We are looking for a strategic marketing professional who can translate business goals into impactful, data-driven marketing strategies. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the organization, drive digital transformation initiatives and shape how our brand positions itself in a rapidly evolving environment. Your Key Responsibilities Develop integrated marketing strategies that enable measurable business growth. Collaborate with Product Management, Design & Communications to create targeted digital campaigns. Lead go-to-market strategies for new products and services together with regional teams. Use data and analytics to track performance and continuously optimize campaigns. Contribute strategic and creative ideas that strengthen our digital presence and brand storytelling. Support the development and optimization of E-Commerce initiatives to enhance digital customer experiences. Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. Several years of professional experience in marketing, branding, or agency environments. Proven experience in supporting digital transformation within marketing. Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and high-quality standards. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and regional teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; confident in working across multiple functions. Experience in data-driven decision-making and performance measurement. Strong interest in digital marketing, analytics, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI). Fluency in English; German is a strong plus. Bonus Qualifications Understanding of digital business models and how they influence modern marketing strategies. Experience in fast-moving, digitally evolving environments. Familiarity with digital tools, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
