Position: Marketing Campaign Manager
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Location: Head office - Milton Keynes (Hybrid - 3 days in office 2 days WFH)

We have a rare opportunity to join our head office team in the role of Marketing Campaign Manager know internally as “Campaigns and Promotions Lead” to join the Marketing team to help drive venue traffic and form a critical part of delivering the brand vision. This is an opportunity to bring your expertise and make your mark within our growing business.
You’ll be responsible for taking the lead on all campaign activity for our venues, including both design and delivery. Alongside this, you will also be responsible for post campaign analysis, ensuring that our activity is robust and gives us a strong return against chosen KPI’s.

Responsibilities
  • Creation and management of the Merkur National Campaign Calendar – supporting venues, launch activity and events.
  • National, local and events campaigns.
  • Designing and delivering campaigns and communications.
  • Overseeing all campaign print & digital assets including POS
  • Working efficiently and within budget and timescales.
  • Working with agencies and third-party suppliers.
  • Ensuring appropriate tracking and reporting is in place.
  • Utilising venue and financial insight, to understand, what worked, what didn’t and what changes are required to improve activities undertaken.
  • Work closely with our Operations team and the rest of Marketing to support new site opening launch plans to drive awareness and traffic inc. teaser campaigns, print collateral and supporting on local events to create demand.
  • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Working within our appropriate compliance framework to demonstrate the key behaviours of a professional, supportive, and engaging marketing function.
  • To promote awareness of Responsible Gambling strategies and procedures.
